Terms and conditions

V-/Src is a storefront that sells the source code of original, production-grade websites. It is operated by Karthickrajan Somasundaram, an individual seller (sole proprietor) based in India. You can reach us at karthick1242004@gmail.com.

Each product is the full source code of a website we built, delivered as read-only (collaborator) access to a private GitHub repository. You are buying a commercial license to use that code, not the ownership of it or any trademark, brand, or third-party asset it may reference.

• One purchase grants one license to the buying account.
• You may use the code in your own commercial and personal projects.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the source itself, or share your repository access with others.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who acts as the merchant of record for every sale. Dodo handles billing, applicable taxes, and the invoice you receive. Prices are shown at checkout and are charged in the currency Dodo presents for your region. We do not store your card details.

Delivery is a GitHub collaborator invitation sent to the GitHub account you sign in with at checkout, so a GitHub account is required. There is no downloadable archive. Your invite status and a resend option are always available in your library after purchase. GitHub sends the invitation by email; if it does not arrive, contact us and we will resolve it.

The exact license shipped with each product is included in its repository. In summary, you may build and ship your own work with the code, and you may receive future fixes by pulling updates. You may not resell the code as a template or product, remove license files, or use the code to create a competing marketplace of the same source.

Because the products are digital source delivered as repository access, sales are final once access has been granted, with limited exceptions. Please read our refund and cancellation policy for the full details and how to request a refund.

All products are original work. We retain ownership of the source code and its design; your license grants use, not ownership. Any third-party libraries used remain under their own licenses, which the repository documents.

The products are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the code is free of defects or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the storefront after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of India.
