Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated 11 July 2026
Our products are digital source code delivered as access to a private repository, which cannot be returned once granted. This policy sets out the exceptions we honour and how to claim one.
1. General policy
All sales are final once repository access has been granted to your GitHub account. Because the product is source code you can immediately read, copy, and use, it cannot be returned in the way a physical good can.
2. When we do refund
We will review and, where valid, approve a refund in these cases:
- Non-delivery: the repository invitation never reaches you and we are unable to grant access after you contact us.
- Duplicate or accidental charge: you were charged more than once for the same product.
- Materially not as described: the product is substantially different from its listing.
3. When we cannot refund
- You changed your mind after access was granted.
- You lack the skills or tools to use the source, which is documented as a developer product.
- You have already accepted the invitation and cloned or downloaded the repository.
4. How to request a refund
Email karthick1242004@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order id and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. When a refund is issued, your access to the product repository is removed. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first so we can help. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may delay a resolution and can result in repository access being removed.
7. Contact
For anything about refunds, email karthick1242004@gmail.com or see our contact page.
